As an integrative therapist, I use a combination of evidence-based approaches, including Emotion-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, all viewed through a person-centered lens. I have experience working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, vicarious trauma, and burnout. My special interests include helping individuals develop healthy boundaries and working with first responders and foster caregivers.
